To make sure that your hair will grow longer and faster, limit the stress in your life because stress is one factor that prevents your hair from growing fast.  Actually, stress can cause permanent hair loss.  You can also use hair masks to make your hair grow faster and longer.  Hair mask can help retain the natural oils from your hair.  This is the most helpful and is also the easiest to use and make.  Just use a beaten egg and apply it to your hair.  Let it sit there for few minutes and rinse off with cold water and mild shampoo.  The longer the hair mask will sit on your hair, the more oil will be absorbed by your hair.  Use natural oils to prevent split ends on your hair.  Trimming monthly can also do the trick.
