Tony Horton’s P90X system or Shaun T’s insanity workout?  Both of these workout routines are super intense for conditioned athletes.  In addition to that, both of them also guaranteed a startling result if you closely follow their guidelines.  But which one to choose?  The answer to this is totally dependent on your fitness goal.
